  • Timely Payments: Models must be compensated within 45 days of completing a job, promoting financial stability and trust within the industry.

Syngency let's you set a (payment) Reminder in a Booking for when Payment is due: under Booking>Tasks you are able to set a Reminder for Talent Payement.

Syngency helps you keep track of talent payments in a booking by dating when a talent is paid.

If you use the accounting integration feature, a Booking will only be marked as Closed once all talent on the booking have been paid.

Syngency can send automated Invoice reminder emails to clients if Invoice payments are overdue (please contact support@syngency.com if you would like help setting invoice reminders up)

  • Contract Transparency: Agencies must provide models with copies of contracts and agreements at least 24 hours before the commencement of services, ensuring informed consent and clarity.

Syngency provides the ability to easily create Bookings Confirmations/ Deal Memos/ Agreements outlining Talent roles, obligations, compensation and any expenses (either reimbursed to Talent or the Agency). These can be sent on to the Bookig Client for signature and can then be saved in the Booking signed.

From within the Syngency Booking, the signed Booking Confirmation/Deal Memo/Agreement can be sent on to the Talent on the booking (job) 24 hours prior to the booking commencing.

If you have a Syngency Sign subsciption, this is made even easier. Create your Booking Confirmation/Deal memo, send to the Client to sign, once signed, you will be alerted in Syngency and you can then share the signed Booking Confirmation/Deal Memo with the talent directly from Syngency.

  • Itemized Deductions: Any deductions from a model's compensation must be clearly itemized, with documentation provided quarterly to maintain transparency.

Talent related expenses, such as chargebacks & advances, not attributed to a Booking, are created and listed in the Syngency talent profile under Expenses.

In the Accounts tab, under the talent profile, you are able to access the current Talent Statement (View Current Statement) which includes itemised lists of all outstanding and paid talent Expenses.

You can download or directly email the Talent a PDF of the Statement from here.

In the Syngency Talent Profile you are also able to set reminders such as to email the talent statement and contract renewal dates.
