INVOICE TO
This drop down enables you to select who the invoice is addressed to if it is different to the client contact.

If you do not select a client for the Invoice To field, the invoice will automatically be addressed to the client selected in the General field.

ATTENTION
If you wish to attention the invoice to someone/a department you are able to do so here.  You can either select from a drop down menu of Contacts already associated with this client contact, or create a new contact (Staff) for this client by clicking on the plus symbol.  

The information filled out in the Staff pop up, will automatically pull over into the client contact details already saved in Syngency.  The minimum required fields are a first name and email.

INVOICE DATE
The invoice date will automatically populate once the Booking status has been set to Invoiced (under General Details).  

You are also able to manually set the invoice date by clicking on the date field next to the Invoice Date box and selecting the date.

INVOICE NUMBER
The invoice number will be automatically populated once the Booking status has been set to Invoiced (under General Details).  

The invoice number is automatically pulled through to Xero or Quickbooks (if you are using these)

PO NUMBER
If you have a Purchase Order (PO) Number for the booking you are able to input it here and it will appear on the invoice.

JOB NUMBER
 If you have a Job Number for the booking you are able to input it here and it will appear on the invoice.

PAYMENT DATE
You are able to set a specific payment date here if you want to. 

XERO ID
The Xero ID will be automatcially generated once the Booking status has been set to Invoiced (under General Details).  NB This only applies if you are using Xero.
