It isn’t possible to withdraw a completed submission once it has been sent to the Casting Director.
Why this feature isn’t available:
Once your submission is received, the Casting Director may have already viewed your profile. If it were to suddenly disappear, it could cause confusion or disrupt their review process. For this reason, Casting Directors have specifically requested that submissions remain fixed. Instead, you’ll always have the opportunity to decline a role when a Casting Director reaches out to confirm your availability. At that stage, you can decline without any negative impact on your future opportunities.
