After connecting Syngency to your QuickBooks account, you may encounter this message when attempting to sync a booking.

This occurs because Syngency requires at least the QuickBooks Online Essentials plan:

The QuickBooks Online Simple Starter plan is not supported, as it does not offer support for Bills, which are created for each model in the booking when it is invoiced.
