If you need to quickly message your agent, you can do so directly from your Syngency mobile app.

Click on the Messages section of the app and you'll see any recent conversations you've had with your agent or someone else at your agency. Click to view any recent messages or send any responses.

Click New in the top right corner to start a conversation with someone you haven't chatted with in the app before.
