Updating your Source & Cast Profile, including Photos and Video

Update your information, photos and video on your Source & Cast talent profile.

Updating your information, photos and video on your Source & Cast talent profile can be done either through the Portal or via our mobile app.

To update your profile information via the Portal:

  1. Click on the Source & Cast logo in the top left and select Profile Management

  2. Click DETAILS

  3. Update or add any information

  4. Click Save

Please note: To update your profile photo, navigate via the PHOTOS button into your images, and then drag the image you want as your profile picture to the first slot. This functionality is not available on the mobile app currently.

To update your profile information via the mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Source & Cast mobile app

  2. Click the profile icon on the bottom right

  3. Click into any field in Details to update and Save information

To upload new photos to your profile via the mobile app:

NB. As a STANDARD USER, you will only be able to upload 2 images which you can replace at any time by deleting and re-uploading. As a PREMIUM USER, you can upload up to a 100 images per profile.

  1. Log in to the Source & Cast mobile app

  2. Click the profile icon on the bottom right

  3. Click My Photos

  4. Click the 3 dots in the top right and choose Upload Photo

  5. Crop your photo if needed and click Save

To upload new photos to your profile via the Portal:

NB. As a STANDARD USER, you will only be able to upload 2 images which you can replace at any time by deleting and re-uploading. As a PREMIUM USER, you can upload up to a 100 images per profile.

  1. Click on the Source & Cast logo in the top left and select Profile Management

  2. Click PHOTOS

  3. Click the UPLOAD A PHOTO button in the bottom right

  4. Browse the image(s) you want to upload and click 'Open'

  5. To re-order the images you have uploaded. Click and hold whilst dragging the photo into the position you want. Upon release of your click it will auto save that order

To remove photos from your profile via the mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Source & Cast mobile app

  2. Click the profile icon on the bottom right

  3. Click My Photos

  4. Click on the photo you would like to delete

  5. Click the trash can icon in the top right

To remove photos from your profile via the Portal:

  1. Click on the Source & Cast logo in the top left and select Profile Management

  2. Click PHOTOS

  3. Click on the image(s) you wish to delete so they are highlighted

  4. Click the 'Delete Selection' button in the bottom right

To upload new videos to your profile via the mobile app:

NB. This function is only available as a PREMIUM USER.

  1. Log in to the Source & Cast mobile app

  2. Click the profile icon on the bottom right

  3. Click My Videos

  4. Click the 3 dots in the top right and choose Upload Video

  5. Select the video you wish to upload and it will automatically start the upload

To upload new videos to your profile via the Portal:

  1. Click on the Source & Cast logo in the top left and select Profile Management

  2. Click VIDEOS

  3. Click the UPLOAD A VIDEO button in the bottom right

  4. Browse the video(s) you want to upload and click 'Open'

To remove videos from your profile via the mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Source & Cast mobile app

  2. Click the profile icon on the bottom right

  3. Click My Videos

  4. Click on the video you would like to delete

  5. Click the trash can icon in the top right

To remove videos from your profile via the Portal:

  1. Click on the Source & Cast logo in the top left and select Profile Management

  2. Click VIDEOS

  3. Click on the video you wish to delete and it will load up the video to play

  4. Below the video you click on the 'Delete Video' button at the bottom of the screen
