Editing an uploaded document

Sign provides a quick and easy interface for adding fields to your uploaded documents before sending them.

Often you will want to send one-off documents to talent or clients, that need fields added for them to complete.

Sign makes this easy to do via Syngency.

From the document's dropdown menu, click Edit:

The preview window will appear, where you can add fields to the document using the Add Field dropdown menu:

Clicking on a field will allow you to edit its label, and toggle whether it is required or not. You can also click the trash icon to remove the field.

Place your fields in the document, and then close the modal to save them to the document.

You can then send the document as you would a normal Sign document.
