A Standard Subscription enables you to have up to two active photos. To switch out either of these images, you need to delete and replace them.
NOTE: If you were previously registered as a Premium user, all photos after your first two are now locked/greyed out and therefore inactive from use. The only way to unlock them is by upgrading your plan to Premium again. Deleting your active photos will NOT mean that the next locked/greyed out photos will re-activate and take their place.
Switching out Images on a Standard account via the App
Navigate to My Profile and then tap on the 'My Photos' tab.
Next, tap the three small dots on the top right of your screen and select 'Upload Photo'.
If you already have two active photos, you must first delete at least one image by clicking on the photo itself, and selecting the Trash icon in the top right corner once it loads. Otherwise, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription. Once you have deleted the photo(s), you can click on the 3 horizontal dots icon again in the top right corner, and select to 'Upload Photo' from the menu.
Switching out Images on a Standard account via the Desktop Portal
Click on the drop down menu and select 'Manage Profiles'
In the Profle Management pop up, select Photos
If you currently have two published photos you will be alerted that you have the maximum number of images published for the Standard plan.
You must first delete one of the published photos in order to upload a new image. Select the photo you wish to delete and click on 'Delete Selected'
Once the photo has been deleted and you have less than two published images, you will be able to Upload a new image from your files.
If at any point you wish to unlock your other images and/or have access to publish more, you need to upgrade to Premium
