It's common for talent in Syngency to share the same email address – typically if they are parents and children or siblings.

For a talent's Syngency account to be activated, they must have a unique email address. If these emails need to go to the same account as other family members, they will need to create an "email alias".

These are alternate addresses for the same service (ie. Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo etc) and allow for email to different addresses to be delivered to the same inbox.
