Create a Casting or Gallery Package from a Casting Call by following these steps:
Click on the Recipients tab to view Casting Call Recipients
2. You can either manually select who you would like to include in the Casting or Gallery Package by clicking on the square next to the Recipients you would like to include (the tick mark indicates selected) or you can group select by status by clicking on the drop down arrow on the top bar next to Name. Select the status you wish to select and the talent will automatically be selected.
3. Next click on the Selected drop down button (which will also indicate number of talent) at the bottom left of the screen and select which type of Package you would like to create. (NB you are also able to create a Booking using this method)
4. If you select Casting Package, the screen will refresh and take you to a Packages page with the Talent portfolios already added, ready to email to a Client.
5. If you select Gallery Package, the screen will refresh and take you to a Galleries Package page. The Talent will be added waiting for Gallery images to be added and emailed to your Client.
