The Skills tab of talent's profiles lists any number of different Skill types. These can include sports, languages, styles of dance – anything related to a talent's level of ability at something.
The talent can be attributed a grade of 1, 2, or 3 stars (Average, Good, Excellent) for each skill:
You can then search for talent with certain skills, or even a skill of a certain grade from the Talent Search page:
If you are an Administrator, new skills and categories can be added under
Settings > Types > Skills:
