The Booking Confirmation takes information from from the booking details to create a contract which can be downloaded as a PDF or directly emailed to clients from Syngency in PDF format.

If you are using the HelloSign add on, you are able to email the Booking Confirmation to your client with an online Signature Request.

The fields from the booking which pulled over into the Booking Confirmation are:

  1. Job Description

  2. Client (this is the client from the General Details section, not the Invoice to client)

  3. Usages

  4. Territory

  5. Period

  6. Confirmed Talent Schedules (call times)

  7. Fees & Expenses
