Inclusive Fees can vary depending on the agency. Here at Syngency we like to give our Agencies maximum control over how Inclusive Fees work for them.

Admin Only

Under Settings> Fees & Taxes you are able to set charge types to be included in Inclusive Fees.

Your Primary Agency Fee is included by default

But you are also able to set Included in "Inclusive" fees for any sales taxes or additional charges, such as VAT or GST.
