To begin with it is important to note what Syngency is referring to with the terms Agency Fee and Agency Commission.

Agency Fee is the fee an agency charges to the client (usually a percentage on top of the talent fee).

Agency Commission is the fee an agency charges to the talent (usually a percentage from the talent fee).

The default Agency Fee is set under Settings > Fees & Taxes > Agency Fee.

Once set here this default will apply to all Bookings (unless changed within a specific booking - see next paragraph). You are also able to define the behaviour of your Agency Fee here by selecting or unselecting the Included in "Inclusive" fees box (the set default for Agency Fee is for it to be selected).

You are also able to customise the Agency Fee within a Booking when adding a Fee line item to a talent.

This is also where you can customise whether the Agency Fee is a percentage or set amount and define whether the amount is Inclusive (should Agency Fee be included in Inclusive behaviour)

The default Agency Commission is set under Settings> Fees & Taxes> Agency Commission.

Once set here this default will apply to all Bookings (unless changed under talent settings or within a specific booking - see next paragraphs).

You are also able to set a different default Agency Commission for individual Talent by going into the Talent Profile> Accounts and scrolling to the bottom of the page. This Agency Commission setting will override the agency default setting and will become the default for that specific talent.

You can customise a talent's individual Agency Commission per Booking at the top of their tab in the booking screen:

You can also customise the Agency Commission to a fixed amount rather than a percentage of the fee:
