Deactivate an Agent Account

Only Accounts with Admin access are able to delete an Agent account

Quickly and Simply deactivate an Agent account by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings>Users and select the User whose account you wish to Deactivate

  2. In the User pop up got to Account and untick the Active box and press Save

  3. Once this Account setting is Saved the User will no longer be able to log into their Syngency Account.
